Superintendent Message

Dear Sunnyside School District Community,

 

As we enter the last few months of the 2022-2023 school year, we have some exciting changes in the works. The first being this new website! Our contract with the previous website provider has ended, and we have been working hard for the past several months to create a more user-friendly and informative platform for our families, students, and staff. We hope that you find this new website to be a valuable resource for all of your educational needs.

 

In addition to our new website, I would also like to share with you that we are currently in the process of developing a new strategic plan for the Sunnyside School District. Our goal is to create a plan that reflects the needs and aspirations of our community and helps us to continuously improve the quality of education we provide to our students. We will be unveiling this plan to the community soon, so please stay tuned for more information.

 

To our families, I want to express my gratitude for your continued support of our schools. Your involvement in your child's education is critical to their success, and we are committed to working with you to provide the best possible learning experience for your child. Please do not hesitate to reach out to your child's teacher or school administration if you have any questions or concerns.

 

To our students, I want to say how proud I am of each and every one of you. Your resilience, creativity, and dedication to learning in the face of challenges have been truly inspiring. We are here to support you and provide you with the tools you need to achieve your goals, and we are committed to creating a safe and welcoming learning environment for you.

 

To our staff, I want to express my deepest appreciation for your hard work and dedication to our students. You are the backbone of our school district, and your commitment to providing high-quality education and support to our students is what makes our schools so successful.
